One-on-one sessions are tailor-made to fit your specific needs and goals. They can be the perfect way to get started in yoga, develop a home practice or challenge yourself to reach the next level.

Cost: $100 for a single session or $360 for a 4-session package (with a 10% discount). Sessions last 60 minutes, but the benefits can last a lifetime.

Small Group

Gather your friends, or make new ones, and sign up for a semi-private session. Small group classes hold a maximum of 4 students.

Cost: $100 for the first person and $25 for each additional person. Sessions are 60 minutes.
